Common Matters

• Do not use tools with other aims than the original aims in using tools.
• Do not use tools as substitution for hammer.
• Do not give any impact to tools by hitting with hammer.
• Do not extend the handle of tools with pipe or likes.
• Do not operate tools with unnatural posture. Watch step and keep balance in operating tools.
• Do not use tools when abnormality such as crack, wear, deformation or like is found.
• Do not modify tools. Heating or likes make quality (Strength) inferior.

Pipe Wrench

• Operate within the range of grippable pipe diameters.
• Hold pipe securely in the center of jaws and at right angle to pipe.
• Do not force to sideways.
• Do not use when crack, wear and clogging in teeth are found.

Tube / Pipe Cutter

• Select proper cutter which fits material to be cut.
• Oil to Cutter-wheel, Roller and Support-pin occasionally.
• Read operation instruction before using.

Tube Bender

• Select size which fits outer-diameter of tube.
• Do not bend other material than the specified material and hardness.

Super Tong

• Maintain and control by applying always anti-rust oil to chain.
• In case of adding chain, overall length of chain should be within two times of standard length.

Fixture Clamp

• Select model which fits the application.
• Use bolts and nuts having same dimensions and shape without fail.
• Fasten bolts and nuts securely.
• Inclined angle of body should be within the specified range.
• Set washer at the correct position.
• Do not pile over 2 pieces in Block and Support jack.

Lifting Clamp

• Lifting clamps are convenient tools in lifting steel plate. H-beam or likes but there is fear which becomes serious accident affecting personal life when missed. Read the instruction for operation carefully without fail before using.
